How quickly can you start?
We understand these jobs are often urgent — a settlement date, an agent’s deadline, or simply needing it done. We can usually attend for a quiet assessment within a day or two and start work soon after. Tell us your timeframe and we’ll work to it.
Will the neighbours know?
No. Discretion is standard. We arrive in unmarked vehicles, keep things low-key on the street, and treat everything in complete confidence. Your neighbours don’t need to know your business.
What happens to documents, photos and valuables?
We sort before we clear. We look for documents, photographs, keepsakes and anything of value, and set them aside for you. Nothing important is thrown out without your say-so.
Do you handle biohazard or unattended-death situations?
Yes. We’re equipped and experienced for biohazard cleanup — unattended deaths, bodily fluids and infection-control situations — handled to the right standard, with sharps and regulated waste removed and disposed of safely.
What if asbestos is found?
We’re licensed for it. HazWreck holds a SafeWork NSW Class B asbestos licence (AD214755), so if bonded asbestos turns up we remove it as part of the same job — no second contractor. Friable material is Class A; if found, we stop and advise the correct licensed path.
